Help your families stop overpaying — and fund your mission.

Many homeowners in your community are still paying PMI they have a legal right to cancel. Share one link with your supporters. They save hundreds a month — and every cancellation sends a gift to your mission.

One newsletter. Real savings for
your families and funding for you.

A homeowner overpaying PMI loses $150–$300 every month. When you help one of your supporters cancel it, you put that money back in their pocket — and 20% of our fee comes to your mission as a charitable contribution.

It costs your supporters nothing extra, and it costs you nothing to offer. It’s the rare fundraiser that genuinely helps the people you’re raising money to serve.

What is PMI, again?

Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) is an extra monthly charge buyers pay when they put less than 20% down. Here’s the part most homeowners forget: it protects the lender, not them. Once they’ve built enough equity, they have a legal right to cancel it — but nobody tells them, so they keep paying for years.

Protects the lender

Not your family — yet they pay for it every single month, for up to 15 years.

Quietly riding along on the mortgage payment, easy to miss for years.

Cancelable by law

With enough equity, and so long as certain criteria are met, PMI can be removed by special request — years before it would stop automatically.

Shown to your supporters: “PMI Ninja makes a contribution to [Your Nonprofit] when it cancels a supporter’s PMI. You pay nothing extra.”

Example figures.

The honest answers.

What does our organization receive?

20% of our revenue from every supporter we help — paid to you as a charitable contribution. If we cancel a family's PMI and they save, say, $200 a month, our fee for the year is about $2,400, and roughly $480 of that goes to your mission. No setup fee, no software, no minimum.

Does this cost our supporters anything extra?

No. The contribution comes out of our fee — it's never added to what the homeowner pays. And the homeowner pays nothing at all unless we actually get their PMI removed. Your supporters get the same honest deal as everyone else; your mission just benefits on top.

Do we have to hand over our donor or member list?

Never. You share a link — in a newsletter, a bulletin, a text, a social post — and your supporters decide for themselves whether to check. We don't buy, sell, rent, or even see your list, and we only contact someone after they've come to us through your link and asked for help.

What do we have to tell our supporters?

Just the truth, in one line: that PMI Ninja makes a contribution to your organization when it helps one of them, and that it costs them nothing extra. We write that disclosure for you. Being upfront is both the right thing and what the FTC expects.

Is the contribution taxable to us?

We treat and document it as a charitable contribution, and we send a clean year-end summary of everything we gave. How you record it is a question for your own accountant — some nonprofits have to weigh unrelated business income, and your advisor knows your situation better than we do. We make the paperwork easy either way.

What if a supporter doesn't qualify?

We tell them honestly and for free, the same day. No cost to them, no awkwardness for you — you simply shared something genuinely useful. We always tell a homeowner the truth about their loan before anything else.

How much work is this for us?

About as much as sending one newsletter. You paste a link and the wording we give you. From there we do everything — the homeowner's paperwork, the back-and-forth with their lender — and you watch the impact add up on your dashboard.

Could this put our reputation at risk?

We've built it so it doesn't. We tell every homeowner the law and that they can pursue this themselves; we only bill after we've actually removed their PMI; and the contribution to you is disclosed up front. It's all spelled out in a written partnership agreement, so there are no surprises for you or your supporters.
