Customer Success Lead

You will be the human voice between PMI Ninja and the homeowners we serve. You own the post-signup experience — guiding customers through document collection, appraisal scheduling, and the back-and-forth with their mortgage servicer until PMI is removed from their statement.

What you'll do

  • Own customer communication from onboarding through PMI removal confirmation
  • Resolve servicer pushback and escalate stuck cases inside lender call trees
  • Translate mortgage jargon into plain English over email, phone, and SMS
  • Build playbooks and templates so the next teammate can move faster than you did

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or mortgage operations
  • Comfort on the phone with both customers and servicer reps
  • Bias toward writing things down so the team gets smarter
  • Mortgage or real estate experience a plus — not required

Mortgage Operations Specialist

You are the engine that gets PMI removed. You know how Chase, Wells Fargo, Rocket, Mr. Cooper, PennyMac, and the rest actually process cancellation requests — and you build the systems that get our customers through their unique requirements every time.

What you'll do

  • Manage active PMI removal cases end-to-end with mortgage servicers
  • Order BPOs and appraisals; review valuations against servicer LTV thresholds
  • Document servicer-specific quirks so we can scale beyond manual work
  • Spot patterns where servicers are out of compliance with the HPA

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in loan servicing, loss mitigation, or post-close operations
  • Working knowledge of LTV, conventional vs. FHA, and the Homeowners Protection Act
  • Calm under bureaucracy — escalation paths are a tool, not a frustration
Engineering·Full-time·Remote (US)

Full-Stack Engineer

You will build the product that actually moves homeowners through PMI removal — from the eligibility check on the marketing site to the case management tooling our operations team uses every day.

What you'll do

  • Ship features across the Next.js app, Supabase backend, and Stripe billing
  • Build internal tools that turn manual operations work into one-click flows
  • Integrate with appraisal vendors, document signing, and servicer data sources
  • Own product reliability — observability, error budgets, on-call rotation

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years building production web apps (TypeScript, React, Postgres)
  • Comfort with the full stack — you can take a feature from Figma to deploy
  • Pragmatic about scope; you ship and iterate rather than over-engineer
